Santiago arrived early. Pressure washed a very green driveway. Did a great job - would use him again. I only have one suggestion is that when the job is complete that they put the moss and dirt into the organics can so the mess doesn’t stay on the street or in front of the neighbours driveways. I contacted FRESH through a Google search for post-construction cleaning and received a very fair quote. They were also able to accommodate a last-minute booking, which was amazing. Santiago sent a full team to complete the job - 4000 sf office space, and every member worked professionally and treated the space with care. As the cleaning took place in a Bentall building in downtown Vancouver, there were strict rules for third-party contractors (must present proof of insurance, WCB clearance letters and go through security checkpoints). Santiago and his team followed all building rules and regulations w/out any issues. Santiago was present from start to finish to ensure everything ran smoothly and even stayed through the final walkthrough. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend this company.
